Cheesy Broccoli Rice Casserole

2 cups cooked rice

2 cups fresh broccoli florets, steamed

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (plus more for topping)

1/2 cup milk

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
