- 4 1/2 ounces of Unsalted Butter
- 1 teaspoon of Bubble-Gum Flavoring
- 2 teaspoons of Vanilla Extract
- 3 drops of White Food Gel
- 3 drops of Pink Food Gel
- 1 cup of Mini Marshmallows
- 1/4 cup of Confetti Rainbow Sprinkles
Instructions:
- Prepare the Tin:
- Line a 9×9-inch square baking tin with parchment paper to easily remove the fudge later.
- Melt Chocolate Mixture:
- In a large microwave-safe bowl, mix together the white chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.
- Microwave the mixture in 40-second intervals, stirring each time until smooth.
- Add Flavors and Colors:
- Stir in the bubble-gum flavoring and vanilla extract to give it that classic candy taste.
- Optionally, divide the mixture into separate bowls and add white and pink food gels for a marbled effect.
- Combine with Marshmallows:
- Gently fold in the mini marshmallows to evenly distribute them throughout the mixture.
- Pour and Chill:
- Pour the fudgy mixture into the prepared tin, using a spatula to smooth the top.
- Sprinkle the top generously with confetti rainbow sprinkles for a festive touch.
- Refrigerate for about 2 hours until the fudge is firm and set.
- Serve:
- Once set, lift the fudge out of the tin using the edges of the parchment paper.
- Cut the fudge into 16 squares.
