Ingredients:
- 1 pound fresh white fish, such as halibut, cod, or sea bass
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped (optional)
- 1 avocado, pitted, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions: - Cut the fish into small cubes.
- Place the fish in a bowl and pour the lime juice over it.
