Cheeseburger Bombs

Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Sesame seeds (optional)

Directions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat until the beef is browned and the onion is soft. Drain any excess fat.
Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a circle about 4-5 inches in diameter.
In the center of each dough circle, place a spoonful of the beef mixture, a sprinkle of crumbled bacon, and a pinch of shredded cheddar cheese.
Fold the edges of the dough over the filling, pinching to seal and form a ball. Place each ball seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
Brush the tops of the dough balls with the beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds, if using.
Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the biscuit dough is golden brown.
Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your bacon cheeseburger bombs hot!
