- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions:
- Make the Bazlama Bread: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Add the warm milk and olive oil and stir until a dough forms.
- Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 5-7 minutes, or until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with plastic wrap, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
- Make the Filling: In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Assemble the Bread: Preheat a griddle or skillet over medium heat.
- Divide the dough into 6 equal pieces. Roll out each piece into a thin circle.
- Place 1/6 of the filling in the center of each circle.
- Fold the edges of the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Cook the bread on the preheated griddle for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
