Flourless Banana Chocolate Mug Cake

Ingredients:

1 ripe banana
1 egg
80g dark chocolate
For Topping:

Greek Yogurt
30g dark chocolate or chocolate for coating
Instructions:

Mash a ripe banana in a microwave-safe mug.

Add 1 egg to the mashed banana and mix well.

Break 80g of dark chocolate into small pieces and add them to the mug. Stir to combine.

Microwave the mixture for about 2-3 minutes, or until it rises and sets. The exact time may vary depending on your microwave’s wattage, so keep an eye on it.

While the mug cake is cooling slightly, melt 30g of dark chocolate for coating in the microwave or using a double boiler.

Once the mug cake has cooled a bit, drizzle the melted chocolate over the top.

Add a dollop of Greek yogurt as a creamy topping.
