Ingredients:
- 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 8 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Marinara sauce, for serving Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a 9-inch pie plate or similar baking dish.
- Open the can of biscuit dough and separate into 8 biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a circle.
- Place 4-5 mozzarella cheese cubes in the center of each biscuit. Wrap the dough up and around the cheese, pinching to seal tightly.
- Place the stuffed biscuit balls seam-side down in the prepared baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, Parmesan, Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
- Brush or spoon the butter mixture evenly over the tops of the stuffed biscuits.
- Bake for 13-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool 5 minutes before serving.
- Serve the gooey biscuit bombs warm with marinara sauce on the side for dipping.
