½ cup white sugar
½ cup light corn syrup
2 tablespoons butter
½ cup peanut butter
3 cups cornflakes cereal
Directions:
1️⃣ Gather all ingredients.
2️⃣ In a saucepan over medium heat, bring the sugar and corn syrup to a boil.
3️⃣ Stir in the butter and peanut butter until thoroughly combined, then remove from the heat.
4️⃣ Place the cornflakes into a large bowl. Pour the peanut butter mixture over the top and mix until the cornflakes are well coated.
5️⃣ Drop 1-tablespoon scoops of the mixture onto a waxed-paper lined baking sheet. Flatten slightly if desired.
6️⃣ Allow the cookies to cool for 30 minutes before serving.
