Ingredients:
1/3 cup honey
3 tablespoons soy sauce
6 cloves garlic, minced
6 pork chops
Directions:
In a shallow dish, whisk together honey, soy sauce, and garlic.
Place pork chops in the dish, and cover with the honey garlic marinade. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight.
Preheat grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
Remove pork chops from the marinade, shaking off excess. Discard the remaining marinade.
Grill pork chops on the preheated grill until browned and the pork chops are no longer pink in the center, about 5 to 7 minutes per side. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
