Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare baking sheet.
- Toss carrots with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
- Spread carrots on baking sheet and sprinkle chopped bacon over them.
- Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes until carrots are tender and bacon is crispy.
- Drizzle maple syrup over carrots and bacon, toss to coat.
