Ingredients:
- 1 lb cheese tortellini
- 1/2 lb steak, sliced
- 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1/2 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Instructions:
- Cook tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Sauté steak in olive oil until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté onion and bell pepper until softened.
- Pour in beef broth and cream. Bring to a simmer.
- Stir in cooked tortellini and steak.
- Top with provolone cheese and let it melt.
