Squash turns

INGREDIENTS:
1 medium butternut squash
1-2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
1-2 tablespoons butter (optional, for serving)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Prepare the Butternut Squash:Wash the butternut squash thoroughly. Peel the skin using a vegetable peeler.
Cut the squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds with a spoon. Slice the squash into cubes or wedges, about 1-inch thick.
Season and Coat with Olive Oil:Place the butternut squash cubes or wedges in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat evenly.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Preheat the Air Fryer:Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
Air Fry the Butternut Squash:Arrange the seasoned butternut squash in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to cook them in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
Air fry at 380°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking. Cook until the squash is tender and lightly browned on the edges.
Serve with Butter (Optional):Once cooked, transfer the air fried butternut squash to a serving dish.
If desired, add butter on top of the hot squash cubes or wedges. The butter will melt and enhance the flavor.
Enjoy:Serve the air fryer butternut squash as a side dish or enjoy it on its own. It pairs well with a variety of main dishes or can be added to salads.
