Ingredients:
1 zucchini
Salt
3-4 tablespoons of oatmeal
100 g grated cheese
2 eggs
Pepper to taste
Chives
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 180°C (360°F).
Grate the zucchini and sprinkle it with a pinch of salt. Let it sit for a few minutes, then squeeze out any excess moisture.
In a bowl, mix together the grated zucchini, oatmeal, grated cheese, eggs, pepper, and chopped chives until well combined.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish or divide it into individual portions in muffin tins.
Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the mixture is set.
