Ingredients:
2 oz white rum
1 oz coconut cream
1 oz heavy cream
4 oz fresh pineapple juice
1/2 oz blue curaçao
1/2 cup crushed ice
Edible pearlescent shimmer powder
Sugar seashells for garnish
Directions:
Prepare the Base Mixture:
In a blender, combine the white rum, coconut cream, heavy cream, pineapple juice, and crushed ice. Blend until smooth.
Divide and Color the Mixture:
Divide the blended mixture into two separate bowls.
Add blue curaçao to one of the bowls and stir until well mixed.
Layer the Drink:
Add a pinch of edible pearlescent shimmer powder to both mixtures and stir.
Carefully pour a layer of the white piña colada mixture into the glass.
Slowly pour the blue curaçao mixture on top to create a layered effect.
Add Pearlescent Shimmer:
Lightly sprinkle additional pearlescent shimmer powder on top of the drink for an extra magical effect.
Garnish with Sugar Seashells:
Place sugar seashells on the rim of the glass or on top of the drink for decoration.
Serve:
Serve immediately with a straw.
