- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup mini M&M’s candies
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 package chocolate candy coating or melting chocolate
Instructions:
- Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions. Bake in a 9×13-inch pan according to package instructions. Let cool completely.
- In a large bowl, beat butter and brown sugar until creamy and smooth.
- Mix in flour, vanilla extract, salt, and milk until well combined.
- Fold in mini M&M’s candies and chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Crumble cooled brownies into the cookie dough mixture. Mix until fully combined and dough forms.
- Scoop out dough and roll into small balls, about 1-2 inches in diameter.
- Place balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Freeze for 30 minutes to firm up.
- Melt chocolate candy coating or melting chocolate according to package instructions.
- Dip each cookie dough ball into the melted chocolate, coating evenly. Allow excess chocolate to drip off.
- Place coated balls back on the parchment-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with additional mini M&M’s candies or chocolate chips if desired.
- Refrigerate until chocolate coating is set, about 30 minutes.
