Cream Cheese Banana Bread

Ingredients:

3 ripe bananas, mashed
8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

1- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
2- In a large bowl, mix the mashed bananas, cream cheese, brown sugar, and butter until smooth.
3- Add the eggs and vanilla extract, blending well.
4- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon.
5- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
6- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
7- Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
8- Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
