I can eat this soup all summer long! It is so delicious that you will cook it at least once a week.
Ingredients:
2 boiled beets
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
4 Fresh cucumbers
3 Boiled eggs
A bunch of green onions
Bunch of dill
Kefir or yogurt 900 ml
Water (mineral) 300 ml
American mustard (delicate) 1-2 tbsp
Salt, ground black pepper to taste
