Philly Cheesesteak Tortellini Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb cheese tortellini
  • 1/2 lb steak, sliced
  • 1/2 onion, sliced
  • 1/2 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Instructions:
  1. Cook tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté steak in olive oil until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, sauté onion and bell pepper until softened.
  4. Pour in beef broth and cream. Bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in cooked tortellini and steak.

  1. Top with provolone cheese and let it melt.
