Chimichurri Sauce

Herbaceous Argentinian Sauce

Ingredients:
1 cup finely chopped parsley
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
3-4 garlic cloves, minced
1-2 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste.


Directions:
Combine parsley, garlic, red pepper flakes, and oregano in a bowl.
Add olive oil and red wine vinegar, mixing thoroughly.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.


Let the sauce sit for at least 15 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
