This is called “Garbage Bread” but it tastes like pure gold!

Ingredients:

1 thin crust pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
1 lb ground beef
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
1/2 cup diced onions
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
1/2 cup sliced black olives (optional)
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 egg (for egg wash)
2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onions and garlic, sautéing until fragrant and translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks. Cook until browned and fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir in the sliced bell peppers and black olives, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
Remove the skillet from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.
Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to form a large rectangle. Spread the ground beef mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the beef mixture.
Carefully roll up the dough, starting from one long edge, to form a log. Pinch the seams and ends to seal.
Place the rolled dough seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the top with the egg wash for a golden finish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and cooked through.
Allow the bread to cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
