Chocolate Peanut Butter Ooey Gooey Cake

Ingredients:

1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 3/4 cups granulated sugar, divided
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup boiling water
1/4 cup peanut butter chips
1/4 cup chocolate chips.


Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa, baking powder, salt, and 1 cup sugar. Add milk, butter, and vanilla; mix until smooth.
Fold in peanut butter chips and chocolate chips. Spread the batter in the prepared dish.


Mix remaining sugar and cocoa; sprinkle over the batter. Pour boiling water over without stirring.
Bake 35-40 minutes until slightly set. Cool for 10 minutes.
