Texas Roadhouse Rolls

Ingredients:
4 cups all-purpose flour
1 package (2 1/4 teaspoons) active dry yeast
1 cup warm milk (110°F)
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup melted butter
1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup melted butter (for brushing)

Instructions:
Activate Yeast: In a small bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in warm milk. Let sit for about 5-10 minutes until frothy.
Mix Dough: In a large bowl, combine flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture, melted butter, and egg. Mix until a soft dough forms.
Knead Dough: Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
First Rise: Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
Shape Rolls: Punch down the dough and turn it out onto a floured surface. Roll the dough out to about 1/2-inch thickness and cut into 12-15 rolls.
Second Rise: Place the rolls on a greased baking sheet, cover, and let rise until doubled, about 30-45 minutes.
Bake: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the rolls for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Serve: Brush with melted butter immediately after baking and serve warm.
