“taco pockets”


Ingredients:
1 lb of hamburger
1 cup of salsa
16 oz of cream cheese
Shredded cheese
Taco seasoning
Tortilla shells
Steps:

  1. Brown the hamburger and drain the grease. Add taco seasoning according to the packet
  2. Mix cream cheese until fluffy and add in salsa.
  3. Add a scoop of cream cheese salsa mixture in the middle of a tortilla shell. Add a scoop of taco meat to cover the mixture. Add cheese on top. Roll up like a burrito and place onto greased sheet.
  4. Sprinkle cheese on top of burritos. And bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
    It made 10 using the burrito size tortilla shells.
