Strawberry Crunch Cheesecake Cones

Ingredients:
6 waffle cones
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup heavy cream, whipped
1 cup crushed strawberry cookies (like Golden Oreos or similar)
Fresh strawberries, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:
Prepare Cheesecake Filling:
In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
Add granulated sugar and vanilla extract, and beat until combined.
Fold in the whipped heavy cream until well mixed.
Prepare Cookie Crumbs:
Crush the strawberry cookies until you have fine crumbs.
Assemble Cones:
Spoon the cheesecake filling into the waffle cones.
Roll the tops of the cones in the crushed cookies.
Serve:
Garnish with chopped fresh strawberries and serve immediately.
